Strategy Analyst

IFC Officer level positions require a Master’s degree and a
minimum of four years of relevant experience;
Associate / Investment Officers in project finance with a proven
track record in originating, structuring and closing project or structured
finance transactions; Financial Officers in the Treasury Client Solutions Unit
in fixed income or structured finance products.
At the Analyst level, candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s
degree, and two+ years of relevant experience;
Investment and Portfolio Analysts have worked in a financial
institution and have strong financial analysis and modeling skills;
Financial Analysts have worked in investment banking or other
capital markets related institutions and have knowledge of EX, debt capital or
structured finance products;
Strategy Analysts have work experience in economics, business or
finance, and strong analytical capabilities.
All positions require sound knowledge of Sub-Saharan economies
and markets, excellent client management, negotiation and interpersonal skills,
the willingness to work across borders and to travel internationally.
Our working language is English; additional language skills in
French are highly desirable for positions based in Dakar.
