  • Developing strategies and systems for the organization’s products.
  • Work with heads of departments to plan implement and provide the oversight for sales and marketing, monitoring and evaluating activities in the organization.
  • Responsible for day to day management and supervision of headquarters office.
  • Advises the management team with respect to wide strategies and plans, including recruitment, training, financial issues, field testing new production technologies and participating in research and cooperative programs with other timber agencies and organizations.
Person Profile
  • A scientist, 35 - 50 years.
  • Substantial experience in timber production.
  • Excellent negotiation and supervisory skills.
  • General management experience including supervisory skills.
  • 10 years of people management and line management.
  • Computer literate.
Assistant Forester

Person Profile
  • Forest operations, logging, safety precautions and knowledge of machinery.
  • A bachelor’s in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Plant Science or Forestry.
  • 5- 10 years in Forestry
  • Supervisory skills.
  • 25 - 35 years.
  • Computer literate.
Workshop In-Charge

  • Servicing machinery, plants and vehicles.
  • Procuring for the plant and handling stocks.
  • Safety measures in the plant
Person Profile
  • A Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, degree or diploma.
  • Supervisory skills.

  • 35 - 45 years.
  • Computer literate.
