Secretarial Job in Nairobi, Kenya

PayGate EA  is a premier international electronic payment solution and technology vendor and payment gateway that facilitates uptime, secure online payments with secure, integrated and cost effective electronic processing solutions and services to Banks, corporates, SME’s and e-Businesses in the worldwide market.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer; the secretary will assist in scheduling appointments, taking dictation, doing clerical and administrative work, handling phone calls and filling.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Files and records in the office
  • Handling Incoming and Outgoing Phone calls and Mails correspondence
  • Carry out routine clerical tasks, administrative work and errands
  • Canceling and rescheduling appointments
  • Taking notes during meetings
  • Receptions of visitors and handling their requests
Requirements
  • Applicants should have at least a diploma in secretarial or business studies
  • Minimum work experience of 1 year
  • Must be able to Multitask
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal  Skills
  • Have a good time management skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Must attach a recent photo
