Medic Equipment Ltd is one of the leading distributors of medical and
Laboratory Equipment in Kenya.
As
Medical Equipment Sales Manager, or Laboratory sales manager, you will lead
several sales representatives and report directly to the Business Development
Director.
You
will be responsible for sales strategy and execution, driving profitable growth
and business development.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the
team of sales representatives, mentoring and directing strategies for
success and driving sales plans.
- Building and
developing strong business relationships with new and existing channels.
- Developing the
national sales strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Evaluating
information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research.
- Developing and
presenting effective proposals to all stakeholders.
- Negotiating
sales contracts and sales strategies.
- Increasing sales
and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.
The
Successful Applicant
- You will have a
strong sales management background in the Medical equipment, Laboratory or
pharmaceutical industry with a hunger to succeed.
- Significant
experience with a fast paced and high activity field team will be highly
advantageous.
- Demonstrated
examples of developing and sustaining high performance teams and winning
cultures.
- The ability to
lead the team is vital, as well as the ability to travel regularly across
the country as required.
Remuneration:
This
will be commensurate with the responsibilities of these positions.
