Our clients an international forwarding and airfreight logistics service providers seeks to fill these positions below. 

The successful candidate(s) will be required to have the requirements and carry out the responsibilities for the company as indicated below:

Sales Executive


  • Render support to affiliates in their sales activities
  • Create sales kits
  • Support in the strategy-making
  • Prepare reports relating to sales (forecasts, monthly results, etc.)
  • Prepare accounting report for sales
  • Prepare representation materials for sales meeting
  • Perform data analysis
  • Render administrative support to the department
  • Preferably Female Candidate
  • Age Bracket 30+
  • Knowledgeable in Customs, Clearing & Forwarding, and Documentations and able to advise Clients accordingly on the necessary Rules & Regulations.
  • Must be Proactive and result Oriented
  • Must be a Team Player and able to earn her wages from her Marketing.
  • Must have at least  3 years experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Should be able to Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Should have Excellent communication skills , confident and have a determined approach
  • Should be Resilient - ability to cope with rejection
  • Should be ready to make Long-term Commitment.

Senior Declaration Officer/Import Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Undertake all declaration procedures for Imports and Exports
  • Supervise Application of IDFs
  • Advice the management on correct and most preferred course of action to overcome technicalities that may arise in declaration or operations.
  • Bonds management and cancellation procedures
  • Ensure correct use of the Kenya Revenue Authority Tariff
  • Ensure that correct values are used during declaration and other related procedures to avoid losses that may accrue as a result of penalties
  • Co-ordinate with Declaration Clerk to ensure Customs Folders are made in time for timely shipment clearance
  • Male/Female
  • Must have over 5 years experience in the same capacity in a Clearing & Forwarding Firm.
  • Must be familiar with Various Tariffs (HS CODES) and be able to do Declarations for Customs Entries.
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Must possess an East African Community Freight Forwarding and Practicing Certificate.
  • Must be a Team player and a good decision maker.
  • Must be conversant with KRA Simba System, Orbus and Customs Rules & Regulations.
  • Must be flexible in work habits and schedules, ready to work for longer hours when required.
  • Able to work independently with minimal Supervision.
  • Must be Computer Literate
Declaration Clerk
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Opening files for new documents.
  • Preparing customs Entries with particular emphasis on the correct T.Is
  • Ensuring that all the required documents relating to the clearance of the cargo are received.
  • Liaising with relevant offices relating to cargo clearance as need arises.
  • Preparation of Customs Folders.
  • Male/Female
  • Must have over 3 years experience in the same capacity in a Clearing & Forwarding Firm.
  • Must be familiar with Various Tariffs (HS CODES) and be able to do Declarations for Customs Entries.
  • Be able to work under pressure and a Team Player
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Must be conversant with KRA Simba System, Orbus and Customs Rules & Regulations.
  • Male/Female
  • Must have a Valid Driving Licence for a Motorcycle/Motor Vehicle
  • Must be a good Communicator and have a pleasant approach.
  • Must be smart at all times and Presentable.
  • Must be able to work effectively with a team of Professionals.
  • Must be knowledgeable with routes within city limits.
Import/Export Field Staff
Requirement/Duties & Responsibilities
  • Male/Female
  • Must be familiar with Customs Procedures and Airline Regulations at various sheds for both Air and Export.
  • Must have worked in a similar position within the last 2 years
  • Must be a good communicator and team player
  • Must be computer literate and able to file returns on daily basis.
  • Must be conversant on various Tariff codes ,Perishable goods handling and DGR Regulations
  • Must be a Team player
Export Supervisor
Requirement/Duties & Responsibilities
  • Male Candidate
  • Excellent analytical and decision making skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written, presentation skills are required
  • Previous experience with import/export regulations and documentation to include preparation of MAWB, HAWB and related documentation;
  • Practical experience in managing customer INCOTERMS to suit their service levels and optimize freight forwarding profitability;
  • Knowledge in freight route development and ocean forwarding;
  • Skilled in generating and project-managing export sales from East Africa;
  • Familiarity in working with international partners within established agent network
  • Must be Computer Literate and able to work with KRA Simba System and Airline Cargo Spot for bookings.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Airline rating and Customs Procedures
  • Must be knowledgeable in handling Perishable Goods and conversant with DGR Regulation.
Human Resource Manager
Requirement/Duties & Responsibilities
  • Recruitment of qualified junior staff.
  • Should have Previous Experience preferably working in a Freight & Forwarding Industry
  • Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Establish a recruiting and interviewing programs and recommending changes
  • Prepares employees for assignments by designing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Increases employee morale by co-coordinating employee welfare, team building and other related activities
  • Maintain a viable pay plan, schedule and conduct job evaluations; prepare the pay budgets; monitoring, recommending and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees.
  • Ensures monitoring and appraisal of employee work
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
  • Experience of 5years in a similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
Accounts Clerk
Duties & Responsibilities
  • To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
  • Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
  • To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
  • To maintain and reconcile the Direct Debit mandates.
  • To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare cheques for payment.
  • To ensure that all postings are done on a daily basis.
  • Female/Male
  • Knowledge in Tally ERP 9 and Quick books is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in an Accounts office(Preferably in a Freight Forwarding Industry)
  • CPA section 3 or Higher
  • Good Computer Knowledge
  • Good organization and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements/Duties and Responsibilities
  • Female candidate
  • Must have experience in Handling of Perishable goods.
  • Age between 25 – 30 years.
  • Certificate or Diploma holder in warehousing.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Inventory management.
  • Good command in English.
  • Analytical thinker and great planner
  • Can do vehicle routing
  • Should have good organization skills and basic math as well as good reading and writing skills are also required.
  • Must be Computer literate
  • Plan, initiate and ensure a complete report is done every month of all materials in the warehouse.
  • Will be in- charge of the Packers and will be charged with the responsibility of handling all Pre-pack Surveys.
Warehouse Packers/Loaders
  • Male Candidate
  • Should be physically fit
  • Should have experience in Packing Household Goods, additional carpentry skills will be an added advantage
  • Should be a Team Player with good communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Must always be smartly dressed and presentable.
Transport Manager/Warehouse Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervising drivers and maintenance staff
  • Ensuring that vehicles are roadworthy and meet legal requirements
  • Allocating vehicles to drivers
  • Making sure that drivers know where they are going and what time they have to be at their destination
  • Ensure optimum utilization of the company vehicle fleet.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Inventory management and Fleet management Solutions.
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Capable of managing a Fleet of Vehicles and a warehouse of about 9000sq ft.
  • Can do vehicle routing
  • Analytical thinker and great planner
  • Must have at least 5 years Experience working in Freight Forwarding Industry
  • Knowledgeable in handling Perishable goods, Cold Room Operation and General Cargo Handling.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and on short notice to work long hours.
  • Should be a Diploma Holder or Higher
