General Manager Co-ordination and Administration

To co-ordinate insurance operations business across several departments.
 
Person Profile
·                     Graduate preferably in insurance or management
·                     ACII/AIIK Diploma or higher
·                     Minimum 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior position.
·                     Well developed knowledge of insurance business in the East African region.
·                     Knowledge of composite insurance operations and of business development strategy.
·                     Excellent communication, leadership and computer skills.
·                     Position in the Company will be of General Manager.
Company Secretary

Job Profile
·                     Compliance under Companies Act and other relevant statutes.
·                     Advising management on legal and compliance issues.
·                     Advising management on Governance issues.
·                     Attending to Board meetings, taking minutes and maintenance of such records.
·                     Distributing minutes.
·                     Liaising with external lawyers.
·                     Any other secretarial matters.
Person Profile
·                     LLB
·                     CPS(K)
·                     Work experience of minimum 5 years as Company Secretary.
·                     Relevant experience in insurance sector is an advantage, not a must.
·                     Must have practising certificate.
·                     Must be computer literate.

·                     Maintaining various employees records.
·                     Administering staff welfare.
Person Profile
·                     Graduate with a Diploma or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management.
·                     At least 5 years as a Human Resources Officer/ Manager in a medium to large company.
·                     Fully computer literate.
