Responsibilities:
- Render support
to affiliates in their sales activities

kits
- Support in the
strategy-making
- Prepare reports
relating to sales (forecasts, monthly results, etc.)
- Prepare
accounting report for sales
- Prepare
representation materials for sales meeting
- Perform data
analysis
- Render
administrative support to the department
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma
/ Degree in any field (with preference given to those who major in
marketing)
- Basic accounting
knowledge would be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years
sales / marketing working experience in high tech industry
- High proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CAD and Adobe, etc.
- Analytical and
meticulous
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Develop
marketing strategy for document solutions related to small, medium to
large enterprises
- Develop pricing
strategy towards maximizing the market shares and profits
- Create and
deploy promotional campaign in positioning the organization & the
document solutions with a competitive distinction
- Create,
coordinate and implement marketing initiatives, branding, collateral sales
support materials, direct mails & special events
- Conduct analysis
on marketing mix to expand the solutions business
- Train the sales
teams in both product and business aspects of the solutions
- Report and
update results for the marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Diploma or
Degree in Marketing / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Minimum 3 years
of working experience in document solution and system integration such as
scanning, document management, BPM and print security
- Knowledge in IT
Infrastructure, network protocol and operating system is a must
- Experience in
printing industry, technical pre-sales and IT project management is
desirable
- Possess
interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills are
essential

Responsibilities:
- As a Sr. Digital
Copier Technician, you will support assigned workload based on Document
Printing Standards;
- You will support
IT
- You will install,
maintain, and repair company products and systems, on-site; use diagnostic
tools, service aids, and product schematics to troubleshoot and resolve
equipment and system failures;
- Manage parts
inventory and territory to comply with established operating standards and
perform machine factory modifications and software/operating systems
upgrades of equipment to ensure optimum performance.
Qualifications:
- High School
diploma or equivalent and A+ certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of two
years of related field experience as a technician working with business
technology such as copier, printer, scanners and plotter
Required
- IT support or
certification is preferred with industry experience
- Knowledge of
Microsoft Office, CAD and Adobe
- Education or
experience in electronic/mechanical repair is required.
- Ability to
travel assigned accounts, including accounts with multiple locations.
- Thorough
knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply computer technology to
customer requirements for networked products and systems solutions.
- Ability to
attend product training classes as required.
- Able to lift 50
lbs and be in a mobile activity more than 50% of the time.
(Walking/standing/stooping/kneeling).
- PC literacy and
understanding of basic network concepts.
- Must hold a
valid driver’s license; this position requires the ability to travel
within their territory 100% of the time.
- Traveling
outside of territory and/or district may be required
- Able to offer
training to junior technicians and customers.
