- Develop and
implement joint Business Plan for respective chain in line with the
overall Modern Trade Strategies.
- Lead the team to
achieve customer/channel Sales Target distribution and merchandising
objectives and monitor performance against clearly defined business
targets.
- Develop and
implement promotions to attain desired growth.
- Regular outlet
visit to ensure stock availability and visibility, generate shopper
insights and assess competitive environment.
- Co-ordinate with
customer marketing to ensure concept building and timely implementation
of:
- Promotions
- Activations
- Product listing
Qualifications
- Degree from a
recognized university
- Minimum 3 years
in Customer Management preferable in modern trade.
