Key Roles
  • Develop and implement joint Business Plan for respective chain in line with the overall Modern Trade Strategies.
  • Lead the team to achieve customer/channel Sales Target distribution and merchandising objectives and monitor performance against clearly defined business targets.
  • Develop and implement promotions to attain desired growth.
  • Regular outlet visit to ensure stock availability and visibility, generate shopper insights and assess competitive environment.
  • Co-ordinate with customer marketing to ensure concept building and timely implementation of:
  • Promotions
  • Activations
  • Product listing
Qualifications
  • Degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 3 years in Customer Management preferable in modern trade.
