Our client is one of the leading and well established Motor Vehicle Repairs and Servicing Company located in Nairobi with subsidiary companies.
The successful candidate will report to the Group CEO.
Job Profile
- Manage all the
operations.
- Business
Development.
- Business
strategy and planning.
- Developing and
managing a detailed annual business operating plan.
- Developing and
reviewing the strategic plan.
- Take
responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
- Responsible for
building and maintaining relations with other business partners and key
stakeholders.
- Recruiting and
managing staff including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.
- Ensuring
provision of a friendly environment in the company that will build
positive corporate image and good relations with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring
formulation and implementation of corporate financial policies, plans and
procedures for the profitability of the company.
Person
Profile
- Bachelors degree
in Business Administration, Engineering or other related disciplines.
- MBA and /or
extensive knowledge in Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Solid
understanding of budgeting, financial planning and strong understanding of
overall operations of a business are necessary.
- At least 5 years
in senior general management experience with proven track record
demonstrating business acumen.
- Excellent
networking skills and ability to deliver the highest standards of customer
service.
- Must have
excellent interpersonal skills at all levels including people management,
leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good
understanding and be sensitive to ethics / business culture in the region.
