Our
client is a professional training institution offering Certificate, Diploma,
Advanced Diploma and Degree programs.
They
are seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of a Branch Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Among
other duties, he/she will be responsible for:
Collection of fees and follow up on fee arrears;
Collection of fees and follow up on fee arrears;
Authentication
of money, bank slips and cheques to identify any fake documents;
Identifying
any loopholes in the revenue collection process that may lead to loss of money
and suggest possible solutions;
Analyzing
and advising on business operations including revenue trends;
Prepare
and review revenue projections;
Preparation
and submission of the reports with regards to the branch revenue collection;
Qualification, Skill and Experience

The
ideal candidate should have:
- Have a minimum
of a Bachelor degree preferably in business from a recognized university;
- Have a minimum
of B in K.C.S.E;
- Have excellent
analytical and mathematical skills;
- Be computer
literate with skills in Ms office Suite and internet;
- Experience in
direct sales or debt collection will be of added advantage;
- Be proactive and
a self starter with a passion for customer service;
Salary
expectations:
27,000 - 33,000
