We are seeking an applicant for the
position of Assistant Manager Fleet Maintenance and
Transport.
The applicant should have:
- A diploma / HND / Bsc in
Automotive/Agricultural/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 7 years’ experience post training
qualifications.
- Preferably not less than 5 years relevant experience in
supervisory position.
- Hands on experience in unit overhauls such as engines,
gear boxes etc
- Good and proven administrative experience and skills.
- Aged between 27 to 40 years old.
- Experience in small petrol engines will be an added
advantage.
The successful candidate will be
leading a team of experienced supervisors, mechanics and welders in maintaining
and repairing Tractors, Implements, Trailers, Vehicles, Generators, Lawn
Mowers, Gyramowers, Chain Saws etc.; they will also be in charge of planning
and allocation of transport to different business units.
Other garage works includes the:
- Preparation of PPM programs.
- Preparation of annual budgets.
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Training.

We are seeking an applicant for the
position of Electrical Team Leader.
The applicant should have:
- A diploma / HND / Bsc in Electrical Engineering or
equivalent.
- At least 7 years experience post training
qualifications.
- Preferably not less than 5 years relevant experience in
supervisory position.
- Good and proven administrative experience and skills.
- Aged between 27 to 40 years old.
- Possession of a class C ERC electrical certification will
be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be
expected to be a team player and will lead a team of electricians.
He should be a hands on person and
should be personally responsible in the maintenance and repair of Tea
manufacturing machinery and equipments.
He is expected to assist and guide
his team in troubleshooting of electrical faults, come up with solutions and
implement them.
He will co-ordinate and implement
other related tasks that include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of PPM and CMM programs.
- Preparation of annual budgets.
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Directly supervising and implementation of projects.
