Sales Representatives
A leading FMCG company seeks to recruit suitable candidates to
fill in the above position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide
complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales
goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Follow
all company procedures and policies faithfully.
- Execute
all transactions quickly and accurately.
- Communicate
positively with store team members, customers, regions and headquarters.
- Effectively
utilize company resources.
- Recommend
selections that meet the customer's needs, and emphasize selling points of
items such as quality.
- Place
new merchandise on display; re-stock merchandise as it is depleted, assist
with stock inventory; assist in keeping pricing current on floor
merchandise.
Requirements:
- Previous
sales experience a must.
- He
should have a valid driving license with over 5 years driving experience.
- Proven
ability to meet sales goals and targets.
- Enthusiasm,
reliability and the ability to multi-task.
- Ensure
proper relationship with customers.
- Strong
communication and follow-up skills.
- Willing
to work on weekend and some holidays.
- The
ability to be assertive and professional in greeting and attracting
passive consumers as well as show initiative in follow-up calls and sales
activities during non-peak times.
- He
or she should be below 40 years of age.
