Summary:
Develop company market share through aggressive commercial plans in the respect
company’s brand strategies.Summary:
Key Sales Functions:
Opportunity Assessment and strategy
- Market
potential analysis by region to maximise sales volume and exploit
distribution opportunities.
- Develop
and align commercial strategy and country route to market plan to the
company plan.
- Develop
brand and channel plans and ensure that they are aligned with marketing
strategy.
Planning and Execution
- Ensure
the plan is aligned throughout the subordinate chain.
- Ensure
clear communication of plans to all stake holders.
- Ensure
competitor activities are monitored and appropriate responses are made.
- Identify,
develop and communicate risk management plans for the country.
Budgeting and Financial Management
- Prepare
annual fixed budgets which are set and aligned to channel requirements and
approved.
- Identify
essential capital investment on behalf of the company.
- Manage
the department costs and proper utilization of assets and company
resources.
People Management and Performance
- Ensure
the country structure meets the route to market requirements.
- Recruitments
are done as per requirements.
- Implement
performance management systems.
Customer Relationship Management and collection
- Develop
and implement customer service rules.
- Develop
and leverage customer relationships.
- Manage
customer service performance.
- Optimise
debt collection and manage with extreme payments delays and incidents
Information Systems
- Ensure
the sales system is fully utilised.
- Monitor
the authenticity and currency of information.
Administration
- Prepare
daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Innovation
- Think
creatively, avoid repeating what competition is doing, identify innovation
drivers that will impact our business and make us seen as a leader.
