People Consulting is recruiting a Sales Executive -
Microsoft Solutions for one of its clients, an IT Business Solutions
provider.
The Sales Executive’s overall function will be to create and to develop strong ongoing business relationships with Client’s, Senior Managers, Technical Supervisors, Engineers and Technicians on Microsoft products and solutions.
Reporting to the Sales Manager/SME Lead, the incumbent will specifically be
responsible for the following:The Sales Executive’s overall function will be to create and to develop strong ongoing business relationships with Client’s, Senior Managers, Technical Supervisors, Engineers and Technicians on Microsoft products and solutions.
- Plan and prioritise personal
sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed
business aims;
- Plan and manage personal
business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market
development strategy;
- Manage Microsoft
product/solution/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed
aims;
- Maintain and develop existing
and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales
methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service,
business growth, and customer and satisfaction;
- Respond to and follow up
Microsoft products and solutions sales enquiries using appropriate
methods;
- Monitor and report on market
and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information;
The successful candidate should have
the following qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in
Sales and Marketing or related field;
- At least Four years
working experience in a similar industry;
- At least Two years
working experience in sales of Microsoft Core Infrastructure, business
productivity solutions, Microsoft licensing and Office 365 required;
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft
Solutions /products is mandatory;
- Experience providing
solutions/product sales to corporates is essential;
- Must have Microsoft Sales
Specialist, volume licensing and other related certifications;
- Possess strong selling skills;
- Excellent verbal and writing
communication skills;
- Polished presentation skills ;
- Honesty and unquestionable
integrity in handling confidential information;
- Results oriented.
