Our client, a medium sized Sacco with branches in Nairobi and across the country wishes to recruit suitably qualified and experienced individuals in the following positions;


General Manager  

Ref: GM/O4/13

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the candidate must possess the following qualifications
  • Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance) option plus CPA (K)
  • A diploma in Co-operative Management will be an added advantage.
  • 5 years practical experience in a busy financial institution.
  • Computer literate
  • Age 35 years and above.
Finance Manger  

Ref: FM/O4/13

Reporting to the General Manager, the candidate must possess the following qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance option) and CPA (K).
  • Diploma in Co-operative Management will be an added advantage.
  • Five years working experience in a busy financial institution
  • Computer literate
  • Age 35 years and above
Internal Auditor  

Ref: IA/O4/13

The candidate must possess the following qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance option) plus CPA(K)
  • Diploma in Co-operative Management will be an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position of financial institution.
  • Computer literate.
  • Age 30 years and above.
Records Manager 

Ref: RM/O4/13

The candidate must possess the following qualifications
  • Degree in Information Science
  • Masters in Information Science is an added advantage.
  • Five years’ experience in Archives and Record management in a busy office.
  • Computer literate
  • Age 30 years and above
Marketing Manager 

Ref: MM /O4/13

The candidate must possess the following qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing and Public Relations Management
  • Diploma in Co-operative Management will be an added advantage.
  • 5 years’ experience in a marketing environment
  • Computer literate
  • Age 30 years and above.
Human Resource Manager 

 Ref: HRM/O4/13

The candidate must possess the following qualifications
  • Holder of a degree in Human Resource Management
  • Five years’ experience in Human Resource management.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour Laws, Risks and Compliance Management
  • Computer literate
  • Age 30 years and above
