Customer Service Officer
Ref. NY01 - 13
The role involves attending to and ensuring efficient and prompt
handling of customer inquiries, questions, problems solving and other matters
relating to service delivery at our Sacco Office.
The Officer will be reporting to the General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop
a customer service policy for the organization.
- Ensure
efficient and prompt handling of all Customers’ inquiries / complaints
whether relayed by phone, letter, e-mail or in person
- Compile
periodic customer relationship management reports for use by the
management In decision making
- In
conjunction with HR, train, supervise and manage all customer service
agents.
- Keep
a log of customer complaints and follow up on their resolution.
- Other
duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s
degree in Social sciences with a bias in sales & marketing or customer
service management
- Overall
understanding el the industry and commercial market within which the
business operates
- Proven
track record and minimum 3 years’ experience m a corporate or commercial
environment
- Demonstrated
ability to meet and exceed targets
Customer Service Assistant
Ref. NY02-13
The officer will be reporting to the Customer service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure
efficient and prompt handling of all Customers’ inquiries / complaints
whether relayed by phone, letter, e-mail or in person
- Manage
the Front Office desk ensuring prompt response to walk - in customers and
visitors
- Other
duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- A
diploma or degree qualification in customer service management or a
related field
- Minimum
2 years’ experience in customer service related duties
Accounts Assistant

This position reports to the Accountant within the Finance
Department.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Assist
in Accounting Roles & Preparing cheques
- Help
in Compiling financial records
- Managing
inventory records
- Responsible
for reconciliation of invoice sub ledger control accounts
- Any
other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- BCOM,
BCOB or any other related social sciences Degree
- At
least two years of experience in a busy accounting office
- Accounting
qualification (Minimum CPA II) will be an added advantage
Sales & Marketing Executives

The position will be reporting to the Sales & marketing
Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit
individuals and formal groups to join the Sacco and spearhead the signing
of the contract
- Based
on marketing reports and sales performance revise strategies accordingly
- Lead
on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to Inform on
Implications/future sales strategies.
- Prepare
weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the Chief Executive
Officer through the Sales & marketing officer
- Any
other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Office
Required skills and qualifications:
- A
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Sound
knowledge of Sales and Marketing with minimum 3-5 years experience in
banking or Sacco Industry
- Ability
to network.
Telephone Operator
Ref: NY05-13
Telephone Operator will be responsible in sending and receiving
telephone calls from clients or customers
The telephone operator will be reporting to the Customer service
Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Operates
switchboard equipment to receive, transfer and transfer calls
- Performs
telephone clerical tasks such as referring callers to appropriate staff,
locating telephone numbers; updates and/or maintains files of Sacco
telephone numbers, staff listing, among other assorted and venous records
maintained on a personal computer
- Courteously
greet the customer and give them the best customer service needed.
- Encode
and forward customers concerns to authorized personnel that will further
assist the concern of the customer.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma
in Customer care or related field.
- Must
have at least 2 years’ experience as telephone operator in a busy
organization.
