A Pharmaceutical company dealing in wholesale and retail of drugs is looking to fill the following positions;


Pharmaceutical Technologist (Nairobi, Rongai)

Key Duties

  • Welcome clients to the branch and attend to them within the shortest time possible
  • Provide exceptional customer care to patients at all times
  • Ensure the branches achieve daily targets through aggressive selling and cross selling.
  • Adhere to branch operation procedures by never dispensing any drug without a receipt from the cashier and reporting any violation to the management.
  • Maintain branch cleanliness and keep drugs well merchandised and keep a record of short expiry drugs and report to the management.
  • Strive to ensure stock losses are at the minimum level and at it best Zero Variance and as may be reviewed from time to time.
  • Ensure the policy of first expiry first out is followed when dispensing drugs
  • Participate in stock takes and ensure stock management
  • Interpret the prescriptions and dispense the right items to clients always and provide alternative solutions in the absence of the prescribed drug.
  • Counseling of clients
  • Any other duties assigned
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology
  • 2 years progressive work experience working in a Pharmacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of integrity
Stores Assistants (Nairobi)

Key Duties
  • Check and advice on expiry of drugs and disposal of the same.
  • Ensure effective consolidation of orders
  • Ensure proper management and maintenance of records
  • Perform stock take
  • Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
  • Ensure accurate positing of drugs in the system and on drug shelves
  • Maintain accurate bin cards
  • Remove drugs according to invoices
  • Ensure timely removal of orders with zero errors
  • Perform any other duty that may be assigned by the management.
Qualification
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Stores Management
  • 2 years work experience working in a pharmaceutical company
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Pharmacore will be an added advantage
Motor Bike Riders

Key Duties
  • Ensure timely delivery of drugs to customers
  • Responsible for the maintenance and the upkeep of the motor bike
  • Ensure delivery sheets are filled accurately
  • Ensure drugs delivered to customers are in good condition
  • Assist in packing orders for customers
  • Keep track of all delivery addresses
  • Any other duties assigned by the management
Qualifications
  • KCSE Certificate
  • Valid Driving License - Motor Cyle
  • Good communication skills
  • Well groomed
