Job Title: Key Accounts Executive
Job Role: The role is responsible for liaising with head offices of
Nakumatt, Tusky’s, Uchumi and Armed Forces Canteen Organization
- Finding
and identifying new and existing markets for the products
- Listing
of products, pricing and promotions
- Relations
management – link to all levels of contact (MD, Accounts department,
stores and buyers)
- Recruitment
and supervision of merchandising team
- Competition
monitoring
- Supervision
and ensuring smooth running of promotional activities in branches.
- Customer
complaints resolution
- Execution
of in store marketing initiative.
- Attain
and exceed targets set out by the company.
- Recruiting
and training new sales reps.
- Planning
and setting sales budgets and promotions.
- Follow
up on order deliveries and payments of the same.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma
in Sales and Marketing OR Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing
- Two
(2) to Four (4) Years experience in FMCG industry
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills
- Good
negotiation skills
