The company is looking for a Human Resource
Coordinator - Entry level.
The Human Resource Coordinator will provide support with administering the
day-to-day operations of the human resources function and duties.Key position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participate
in recruitment and selection process including placement of employment
ads, employment application intake and interviewing
- Perform
employee background checks and other pre-employment processes
- Schedule
and conduct new employee benefits enrollment meetings and process
enrollments
- Perform
monthly benefits reconciliations
- Manage
and work with various benefits vendors
- Perform
HRIS data entry including new hires, terminations and other changes and
perform other HRIS-related tasks
- Maintain
confidential personnel, medical and payroll files
- Support
for special projects including research and gathering data on various
topics
- Perform
other duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma
in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 0-2
years work or internship experience in a busy HR department
- Advanced
computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook,
etc.) - database experience helpful
- Ability
to appropriately and discreetly handle confidential information
- Ability
to identify and resolve problems effectively
- Must
demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
