for a Proposal for the Position of a Consultant for the
ICPSK Champions of Governance (COG) Award, Year 2013
The Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK) is a professional membership association established by an Act of Parliament, Cap 534 of the Laws of Kenya.
The Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK) is a professional membership association established by an Act of Parliament, Cap 534 of the Laws of Kenya.
This
Award is known as the “ICPSK Champions of Governance (COG) Award.”
The
Institute successfully held the 2nd and 3rd Edition of the Award in year 2011
and 2012 respectively.
The
Institute is now seeking for a Consortium of Consultants to offer professional
Services on the implementation of the COG Award, year 2013.
Qualifications
and Experience Requirements
Each
Consultant in the Consortium must have at least the following qualifications
and experience:
(i)
A Masters Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
(ii)
5 years Practical experience on matters of Corporate Governance.
(iii)
3 years involvement in development and implementation of Award Schemes.
(iv)
Expertise in carrying out research, training and development.
(v)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interested
Consultants are required to obtain the Bid document from the ICPSK offices on
the address below at a cost of Kshs. 3,000.
The
deadline for submission of proposals is 12.00 pm on May 17, 2013.
A
tender box will be provided at the ICPSK offices for submission of the
Proposals.
