Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Generate
and qualify leads
- Source
and develop client referrals
- Prepare
marketing action plans and strategies in line with corporate strategies
- Schedule
and execute marketing target activity
- Develop
and maintain a customer database
- Plan
and conduct direct marketing activities
- Develop
and make presentations of company products and services to current and
potential clients
- Negotiate
with clients
- Maintain
sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Respond
to Marketing inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure
customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Conduct
market and marketing research and surveys
- Participate
in Marketing events
- Monitor
competitors, market conditions and product development
- Grow
the business unit revenues and profitability
Reporting to: The respective Business Development Manager
Profile:
Profile:
- Diploma
or degree in sales and marketing, business development or equivalent
- Proficiency
in Microsoft office, PowerPoint, CRM and other relevant computer
applications
- In-depth
knowledge of principles and practices of sales and marketing
- In-depth
knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge
of basic business principles
- At
least 2 years experience in marketing IT services and B2B will be an added
advantage.
- Excellent
experience in making presentations and all round communications
- Proven
ability to consistently achieve set sales targets

independent, self sufficient;
- Attention
for detail, accurate, structured and organized
- A
hands on mentality and enjoying working in complex and challenging work
environments.
