Strategy Formulation

Strategically positioning the brand in the region
 

Developing strategies to drive value, volume and profitability of the Company while managing a team of Retail Managers and Marketing executives.
 
Overseeing the formulation, execution and monitoring of Group Wide Strategic brand plans.
 
Monitoring and analyzing group wide sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
 
Developing and implementing the group marketing strategy to effectively reach customers, communicate the value proposition of our products and influencing purchasing behavior.
Branding
  • Ensuring brand positioning is clear, consistent and championing brand equity;
  • Leading the development of sound brand communications, messaging and monitoring of brand costs and profitability.
  • Planning, executing and monitoring brand media strategy and coordinating brand Public Relations activities to enhance brand image.
Business Development
  • Developing and executing group wide promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters;

Education: A candidate with a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration with a major coursework on marketing, accounting, economics, business law, mathematics, finance, and statistics.

Experience: 6 years experience in Brand management;
