Marketing Manager

Skills and Specifications:
  • A minimum of university degree in Marketing / Business Administration and possession of minimum of 5-years working experience in a similar position preferably in a multinational Company;
  • Business acumen & competence base in brands activation through advertisements & promotional activities including all medias;
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent skills in budgeting & carrying out market surveys;
  • Minimum age 33-40 years old;
  • Should have good leadership skills & team player with unquestionable integrity;
  • Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills;
  • Sound knowledge of Computer applications;
Sales Representatives 

(SREP/1/13)
 
Skills and Specifications:
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing from a reputable Institution and possession of minimum of 4-years working experience in a similar position preferably in FMCG;
  • Initiative, self-driven & results oriented;
  • Problem-solving & good negotiation skills;
  • Minimum age 25-30 years old;
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
  • Creative selling & market development skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and Computer knowledge;
  • Retail & Wholesale market experience a distinct advantage;
Sales Supervisors 

(SSPV/1/13)
 
Skills and Specifications:
  • Advance Diploma in sales and marketing from a reputable Institution and possession of minimum of 5-years working experience in a similar position preferably in FMCG;
  • Good planning, organizational and innovation skills;
  • Sound analytical skills & business acumen;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Minimum age 30-40 years old;
  • Energetic and ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision;
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire the sales team to achieve expected results;
  • Strong expertise in market development and delivers beyond promise.
