We are seeking to recruit a results-oriented and proactive team player to fill the position of Support Staff Positions.

Cook (Lady)

Reporting directly to the Administration Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overall Kitchen Welfare,  and
  • Cleaning and sanitizes work areas and office at large.
  • Preparing Tea and Lunch for the Office Staff.
  • Maintains records of food used and supply on hand.
  • Figures food cost and records on daily food cost sheet.
  • Any other duty that may be allocated by the Office Administrator.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years comparable experience in a similar position.
  • Presentable.
  • Proactive, confident, energetic and ability to work under pressure;
Guard

1 Position

Reporting directly to the Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for overall Office Security,  and
  • Keeping tab on the people entering and leaving the building.
  • Maintaining a book which contains the time at which a person entered the building and also the time when he left the office premises.
  • They are responsible for the safety of people working in the building.
  • Any other allocated Duty.
Qualifications
  • Applicants to submit to fingerprints and a background check.
  • Applicants should have no police record, good character references and be in excellent physical and mental health.
  • Good observation and communication skills are also important.
