Branch Manager - Eldoret
Based in Eldoret, the successful candidate will be responsible
for overseeing the overall performance and management of the Branch with the
key focus on ensuring that it contributes to the overall profitability of the
Group.
This entails providing sales, parts and service to the customers by delivering superior and timely services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate
the operations of all Departments in the Branch to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure
that the Branch meets its budgeted targets and yields profitability for
the group.
- Be
the principle marketing officer of the Branch and ensure that the Branch
achieves its set targets at all times.
- Increase
market share for the Company’s motor franchises in the region.
- Formulate,
recommend and implement strategies to enhance the Branch performance.
- Liaise
with the principle customers to identify suitable products for the markets
and recommend the same to management.
- Assess
the market and competitive position of company franchises and advice
management appropriately.
- Effectively
and efficiently manage the Branch resources.
- Handle
all public relations issues for the Branch / Company at the location.
- Train,
develop, appraise and motivate staff for higher performance.
- Conduct
market awareness exercises, promotions and displays for the Company’s
products..
- Produce
monthly branch performance reports.
- Prepare
branch annual budgets.
- Ensures
security of company premises.

Qualifications

Human Resources Officer
Job Purpose
Based in the Head Office in Nairobi, the successful candidate
will actively, effectively and efficiently contribute to the HR function in the
organization, through the maintenance of sound HR policies, procedures and
training programs, so as to best utilize, develop and maintain a productive and
engaged human resource in the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Be
an active player in the articulation of the Human Resources Policy in the
company.
- Participate
in the recruitment process and ensure adherence to best practice in the
process.
- Coordinate
and monitor staff movements with regard to leave applications / approvals.
- Coordinate
immigration matters for the Company’s expatriate staff.
- Follow
–up with insurance on the Company’s Group Personal Accident claims.
- Ensure
company compliance with the Health & Safety requirements as stipulated
in the “Factories and other places of work act”
- Compute
staff allowances e.g. acting and overtime allowances.
- Determine
the company’s training needs on a regular basis.
- Draw
up an annual training calendar, prepare training budgets and identify
suitable trainers and training institutions.
- Evaluate
and assess the impact of training programmes to ascertain their benefit
and quality.
- Design,
develop and conduct / facilitate orientation programmes for new staff.
- Oversee
all logistics pertaining to facilitation of internal/external training of
staff.
- Coordinate
and where necessary conduct training for staff.
- Manage
a data base on training programmes/activities conducted both internally
and externally and compile information on staff attendance from various
departments in the organization.

Job Purpose
Based in the Head Office in Nairobi, the successful candidate
will ensure that the Company Clinic is effectively and efficiently managed in
the provision of medical, health and counseling services to company staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall
management of the daily operations at the clinic.
- Examine
patients and dispense appropriate drugs for treatment..
- Administer
First Aid to staff in cases of emergency or workplace accidents.
- Schedule
patients to be seen by the company doctor during his visiting days.
- Making
staff referrals to hospitals when required.
- Procurement
of drugs for the clinic, while ensuring quality in the exercise.
- Visiting
patients (Company staff) admitted in various hospitals.
- Provide
counseling services to staff when required.
- Planning
and conducting health talks on selected medical topics.
- Training
and creating awareness about lifestyle diseases and terminal illnesses.
- Coordinating
the HIV Peer Educator’s team in ensuring awareness among staff.
- Record
keeping of drugs, Medical equipments and other inventories.
Qualifications
- Kenya
Registered Nurse (KRN) Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Must
be licensed by a relevant organization to operate as a KRN.
- Exposure
in the following areas will be an added advantage.
- Computer
literate.
- Counseling
skills.
Experience
- A
minimum of 5 years experience in a busy medical facility, 3 of which must
be in the Out Patient department.
