Radio Engineer
Specific Job Responsibilities
·                     Maintaining specialist systems" and equipment for audio production, broadcast satellite transmission and interactive media.
·                     Installing and testing new facilities and equipment t     Setting     up     and     operating     editing     facilities    in post-production suites
·                     Analyzing and rectifying technical faults on equipment and system
·                     Keeping abreast of constant changes in technology by investing new systems, techniques and equipment
·                     Maintaining   hardware,  software   and   other  broadcast ' technology systems.
·                     Interpreting and implementing instructions and requests from Producers, Directors and other colleagues
·                     Keeping up to date with the industry by building and maintaining a network of contacts
Job Requirements
·                     Undergraduate degree in Electronic engineering or Electrical or Information Technology.
·                     Three years' experience in a broadcast environment
·                     Knowledge of broadcast systems as VizRt, Final Cut pro and adobe Premier will be an added advantage
·                     The ability to work On-Call shifts plus night and weekends when needed
·                     Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and listening skills.
Programme Controller

Job Responsibilities
·                     Providing program /creative support to the Director on a variety of specified activities and events
·                     To organize and respond to the programmed needs of the station
·                     To formulate plans and monitor program policies and procedures
·                     Co-ordinating departmental and corporate Plans
·                     Providing information, advice and guidelines on programs policy and procedure in operations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
·                     Bachelors degree in Mass Communication
·                     Professional Qualification in Journalism
·                     Three years' experience in a broadcast environment
·                     Excellent    written    communication,    presenting    and listening skills.
Chief Editor
Job Responsibilities
·                     Responsible   and   answerable   for  news   and   editorial content of the station
·                     Assign and edit stories for the station
·                     Conduct daily reporters meetings
·                     Ensuring that the news room is run in a professional manner
·                     Uphold and maintain the station's editorial policy
·                     Organize   in-house   training   to   Reporters   and   other members of staff where need arises.
·                     Bachelors Degree in Journalism
·                     Three years' experience in a broadcast environment
·                     Excellent written Communication,Presenting and listening skills.
Finance Manager
Job Responsibilities
·                     Organization and management of the Accounts Section
·                     Interpret    financial    policies    and    prepare    financial statements
·                     Budgetary controls
·                     Management accounting methods and financial returns and prioritization of projects
·                     Planning,  designing,  reviewing  and  implementing  the financial management and accounting systems.
Required Qualifications
·                     Bachelor  of  Commerce   Degree [Finance   Option]   and
·                     CPA[K] or its equivalent.    
·                     A registered member of ICPAK
·                     Modern Computerized Finance skills
·                     At least five years experience in a similar position
·                     Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Presenters (Two positions]

Job Responsibilities
·                     Reporting to news assignments
·                     Attending  for   regular  personal   development  training sessions with the Programmes' Controller
·                     Familiarizing yourself with the Current affairs issues at all levels
·                     Diploma in Broadcast Journalism
·                     Two years experience in a broadcast environment
·                     Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
