Educational Qualifications
At least 5 years of Management experience in a busy operation / logistics
company Educational Qualifications
Technical Skills / Competencies
- People
management and Interpersonal skills,
- Exposure
to the company operations
- Ability
to resolve inquiries and complaints arising from the drivers.
- Basic
understanding of the mechanics of motor vehicles will be an added
advantage
- Ability
to effectively present information to those under your direct supervision.
- Experience
with computerized administrative systems. Proficient with the use of
standard office applications on personal computers.
- Dynamic
and Leadership skills,
- Strong
Planning, Facilitation, communication, networking reporting and
budget skills,
Major Terms of reference
- Drivers’
supervisor is the chief component of the job
- Management
reports on supervision
- Monitor
vehicle movement
- Ensure
top condition of every vehicle accounting for and documenting every aspect
fleet
- Monitor
the cleanliness and required dress code of drivers, including conducting
occasional spot checks on uniform and materials carried in the vehicles

Assurance of the fleet

- Responsible
for supporting the General Manager in implementing the company’s new
organization structure and change management process
- Manage
operational costs
