IT Help Desk Positions
Our client is has a mission to change the face of IT in Africa. With a presence in 21 countries; 17 of which are in Africa this company is looking for innovative, energetic and dedicated candidates to join their expanding team in Kenya.
The team will be required to manage workflow and service request
through Client’s call ticketing system.
These positions require strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities will include remotely:
- Imaging/Re‐Imaging end user desktop
and laptop machines
- Software
installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users
- Hardware
and Software upgrades
- Performance
of IT support duties as defined by the appropriate team lead
- Network
printer installation/configuration
- General
Desktop Support/Project Coordination/Move activities
- High
level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment.
- Monitor,
analyze and address reliability and performance issues.

in leading a team
- Bachelors
degree
- ITIL
(Information Technology Infrastructure Library) version 3 certification -
