Job Title: ICT Assistant
Responsible
for: Operations
Location: Nairobi and Mombasa
Main
Responsibilities
·
assist & resolve customer issues relating to technical
problems with the system
·
creation of user accounts, registrations or equipment &
vehicles, roles, logins, journeys & any other approved requirements where
identified
·
monitoring of the platform & rectify possible issues to
ensure the smooth running of operations
·
provision of technical assistance as directed by the Operations
Manager
·
provide training to both staff and client staff where & when
required
·
assist in developing the business of Fleet & Cargo Tracking
with current or new clients
·
programming & testing of equipment
·
provide support for all areas of technical support function
including communications software, test tools and performance
·
to provide a work environment that is supportive and receptive
to development opportunities and activities
·
to keep abreast of Operations best practices and constantly
provide feedback to management if & when required for the continuous
improvement in our service
·
support the annual and short term business objectives
·
may, from time to time be required to work out of station

Qualification:
·
Computer Competent
Experience
required:

ICT s/w and/or h/w engineering
Knowledge and
understanding of:

Microsoft Office suite of software
