Job Title: HR / Admin Manager
Department: Human Resource Department
Reports To:Managing Director
Salary: KShs 70,000/-

Handling all HR function for the company.
·
In charge of employee relations e.g. dispute resolutions, staff
welfare, disciplinary matters
·
Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
·
Provide administrative support to the Managing director.
·
Handle travel requirements and guest hospitality arrangements.
·
Ensure rules and procedures are in place regarding working
hours, lunch and any security communication.
·
Spearhead and coordinate team building activities within the
organization.
·
Ensuring that the HR module in the ERP is up to date and running
well.
·
Prepare HR & admin budgets and forecasts.
·
Supervising the administration team.eg cleaner/messenger
·
Company employee communication.
·
Maintaining employee records on both ERP & physical files.
·
Record and monitor administration expenses for the organization.
·
Conducting performance evaluations and appraisals in conjunction
with the heads of departments.
·
Maintain a KPI database for each employee and their respective
departments.
·
Responsible for recruitment,selection& orientation process
of the organization plus any other staffing logistics.
·
Ensuring that office licences are in place including branches.ie
city council, music copy right, vehicle branding & outdoor advertising.
·
Custodian of the company documents.
·
Planning and organizing the management meetings in consultation
with the managing director. Maintaining correspondences for the same.
·
Maintaining the leave schedule.
·
Overseeing the office & compound cleanliness.
·
Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Requirements
·
Must hold a degree in Business Administration from a recognized
institution.
·
Must hold a Higher National Diploma.
·
Ladies with Melancholic personalities are encouraged to apply.
·
3 years experience in the same field.
·
Must have a perfect knowledge of the labour laws
