Our client, a leading Agro Chemical Company with Head office in Nairobi seeks
to recruit a young University graduate with a Dairy Technology background to
fill in a vacancy of a Sales Representative.Location: Nairobi

We are particularly looking for a self driven individual with
vast knowledge of Dairy products.
The ideal candidate must have a car and motor bike driving
license.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Grow
sales revenue by creating profitable linkages with appropriate
distributors and retail outlets
- Establish
sales goals in target territory.
- Technically
understand and solve client’s problems as well as recommend appropriately
- Generate
increased market share for dairy products, mainly cultures used in making
of cheese and yoghurt
- Present
and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
- Develop
and implement Marketing strategies to retain and attract new clients.
- Follow
up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Develop
and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
Qualification and Experience
- Degree/
Diploma in Food Science and Technology
- Minimum
2- 3 years experience in food Technology or relevant field.
- Good
communication and presentation skills.
- Aggressive
sales personality.
- Outstanding
organization and planning skills.
- Mature
personality with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Self
driven with high level of integrity
