Legal Officer/Dispute Resolution

Job Profile
  • Conducting research with respect to litigation involving the client.
  • Drafting/reviewing demand notes and court pleadings.
  • Liaising with external lawyers in court cases.
  • Advising on alternative dispute resolution.
Person Profile
  • Bachelors degree in Law and Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in civil and criminal litigation.
  • A Masters degree in Law (LLM) will be an added advantage.
Legal Officer/Regulatory Affairs

Job Profile
  • Conducting research with respect litigation involving the client.
  • Drafting rules and regulations pertaining to the business.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders affecting the business sector.
Person Profile
  • Should be in possession of a bachelors degree in law and be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a legal/regulatory environment and legislative drafting.
  • A Masters degree in Law (LLM) will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in parliamentary drafting.
Assistant Manager/ Commercial Law

Job Profile
  • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts and MoUs.
  • Reviewing insurance policies.
  • Processing and following up insurance claims.
  • Drafting/reviewing conveyances involving the client.
Person Profile
  • Bachelors degree in Law and Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in conveyancing and commercial law practice.
  • A Masters degree in Law (LLM) will be an added advantage.
Legal Officer/ Governance

Job Profile
  • Preparing Board calendar of activities.
  • Preparing/vetting Board papers.
  • Assisting with the recording of Board minutes/ reports.
  • Following up implementation of Board decisions.
Person Profile
  • Bachelors degree in Law, Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a holder of a CPS (K) with a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience.
  • A Masters degree in Law (LLM) will be an added advantage.
Legal Clerk

Job Ref. MN 5544

Job Profile
  • Maintenance of the legal registry, including up to date filing of all departmental documents
  • Updating registers
  • Filing/reviewing of documents at the court registries
  • Safe keeping of confidential/sensitive documents
Person Profile
  • Diploma in Law, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a legal clerk ¡n a busy firm.
