Publications Officer

Job Profile
  • Oversee the production of various types of print and online materials.
  • Create and publish promotional and consumer materials such as newsletters, brochures and reports
  • Work with suppliers including advertising, design and printing firms to ensure outsourced assignments are delivered on time.
  • Generate content for a wide variety of platforms and audiences.
  • Ensure branding standards are observed in all corporate publications.
  • Co-ordinate photography and videography for the organization.
Person Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism, Communication, Graphic Design or another applicable field of study. Holders of a relevant diploma certificate and extensive media or publishing experience shall be considered for the position.
  • Be creative writers and experienced editors with above average photography and videography skills, and knowledge in image editing software.
  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience in the design and printing of corporate publications in various platforms for a reputable firm or in the media industry.
Stakeholder & Corporate Social Responsibility Officer

  • Support coordination of dialogue with key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and identifies programmes to be initiated both internally and externally.
Person Profile
  • A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations or any other relevant discipline.

Internal Audit Officer

Job Profile
  • Conduct analytical reviews and substantive testing as part of the internal audit work using International Standards on Auditing.
  • Ensure the assets of the organization are safeguarded by assessing and improving security controls.
  • Carry out physical verification of assets.
  • Review the fixed assets for completeness and accuracy and obtain explanations for variances noted between the book values and physical values of fixed assets.
  • Review periodic management accounts and reconciliations such as bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations, debtor statement reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assess internal controls for sound financial and accounting practices.
  • Develop and implement relevant audit programmes and tests.
  • Follow up on audit report findings and recommendations to ensure adequacy and timeliness on implementation of mitigating controls.
Person Profile
  • ACCA or CPA (K) and Bachelors’ degree ¡n a related field
  • Good knowledge of International Standards on Auditing and its applications
  • At least three (3) years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent interviewing and report writing skills and ability to capture findings in brief and concise format.
Procurement Officer / Planning & Contract Management

Job Profile
  • Consolidate and prepare procurement plans.
  • In liaison with user departments, prepares draft tender documents.
  • Evaluate quotations/bids submitted and select the bidders with whom the commercial/financial negotiations may be conducted.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedules, ensuring that the agreements with the vendors /suppliers are commercially advantageous.
  • Prepares draft contracts for tenders awarded.
  • Plan and organize for the disposal of the organization’s assets and stores.
Person Profile
  • Bachelor’ degree in Procurement and professional qualifications in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (CIPS-UK, or equivalent).
  • The job holder must be a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)
  • Computer literacy specifically proficiency in MS Office suite of packages
  • At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in procurement / supply chain management.
  • Good understanding of the Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
Assistant Procurement Officer /Operations

Assistant Procurement Officer /Stores & Documentation

  • Provide safe custody of all stores, samples and all procurement records.
  • Accurately identify, classify and update all stored items, and procurement records.
  • Ensure all procurement records are kept in an orderly and easily retrievable manner.
  • Control and coordinate access and issuance of all the stores items and procurement records.
  • Liaise with users on invoices certification for goods received before invoices are submitted for payments.

Person Profile

Security Officer

Job Profile
  • Manage all aspects of security related to the staff and facilities.
  • Carry out tests to ensure optimal security measures are in place. This includes conducting security sweeps, penetration tests, intruder detection and alarm response tests, security surveys and internal security audits.
  • Prepare health & safety reports
  • Enforce health and safety procedures by all staff including fire drills
  • Enforce safe working practices amongst the employees and contractors within the premises
  • Develop and implement appropriate security, fire and safety policies, procedures, standards and enforces compliance.
  • Act on security reports including updating and coordinating emergency procedures and contingency planning
  • Assess and report on the needs of outsourced Security Personnel including Security equipment and facilities forgiven areas and operations.
  • Review Security Systems and procedures and recommend appropriate measures on continues basis.
Person Profile
  • Degree in Security Management/Administration or any technical/ discipline with a diploma in ICT systems security and risk assessment or related field.
  • Should have undergone training in Fire and Safety and First Aid
  • At least eight (8) years experience in the Police or Military with adequate exposure and experience in a responsible position, three of which should be in provision of physical and systems security.
