A medium-sized Company / Secretarial Firm based in Nairobi is
seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of a Company Secretarial
Assistant with
immediate effect.
The Company Secretarial Assistant will be mainly involved with
paper-based records; however, with the impact of technology, he/she may be
required to apply the use of ICT facilities in carrying out their day-to- day
operations.
Job Requirements
·
At least have an “O” level qualification;
·
Must have at least CPS Section II Professional Qualification;
·
Have a minimum of 2 years working experience
·
Good knowledge of Company Secretarial duties including
attendance of Board meetings and General meetings, preparation of minutes;
·
Have a good understanding of the legislative requirements
governing the filing of statutory documents with the Registrar of Companies;
·
Should be familiar with the Corporate Governance Guidelines
Person Specification:

Age bracket of between 25 – 40 years;
·
Good oral and written communication skills;
·
Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
·
Resilience and ability to deliver positive results under
pressure;
·
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
·
Team player with good interpersonal skills;
·
Computer literate with hands on skills applications including
PowerPoint Presentation.
·
Have ability to correspond with clients on issues raised;
