Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Senior
Research Executive with experience in consulting for one of its clients.
The Senior Research Executive will be responsible for the following:
Day to day involvement with projects for their clients, including drafting
proposals, questionnaire design, data analysis, interpretation and development
of recommendations and development of presentations of findings;The Senior Research Executive will be responsible for the following:
Develop individual job costs and monitor job costs throughout a project, ensuring profitability;
Undertake client presentations while accompanied by senior account team members;
Assist in the developing new business development opportunities amongst existing clients;
Assist in the management of staff in the team including delegation and training of staff and assistance with annual evaluation and monitoring progress of staff;
Provide support to senior managers in ensuring all procedures and policies are adhered to.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors
or advanced degree in Business, Mathematics, Sciences or related field;
- 2
to 4 years experience in client service;
- Proven
knowledge of market research;
- Proven
ability to build strong client relationships;
- Ability
to plan and schedule own work and deliver to deadlines;
- Commercial
awareness;
- Strong
organizational & project management skills;
- Strong
analytical skills;
- Ability
to manage and develop teams;
- Good
attention to detail;
- Excellent
command of English, both written and verbal;
- Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal.
