Program Assistants
The Program Assistants will be charged with the responsibility
of assisting the Program Managers with both program implementation and
administrative duties.
Responsibilities include;
- Assist
in organizing conferences, workshops and meetings as well as team related
meetings and events
- Assist
in monitoring political events in the country for reporting purposes
- Assist
in compiling briefing and other written materials for the team
- Assist
with basic management of program calendar and maintain accurate files and
reports
Qualifications:
- University
degree in a Social Science or related subject.
- Relevant
Experience including Strong knowledge and understanding of the political
background and recent developments in Kenya, particularly regarding
political parties and electoral institutions.
- Strong
oral and written communication skills in English, proficiency in MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), well organized and skilled in prioritizing and
managing multiple tasks. Flexibility, diligence and team orientation are
essential.
