Head of Information Technology

Job Profile
  • In Liaison with the CEO and the Board, set the overall direction of the company for technology through strategic planning and evaluation.
  • Provide leadership, planning and effective management in all the areas of information technology.
  • Oversee all aspects of Information Technology Infrastructure.
  • To ensure the usage of new and improved techniques in technology to increase the productivity of the company.
  • Provide leadership in ICT technology.
  • Review performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.
  • Handle all hardware and software agreements engaged by the company
  • Responsible for building IT staff capacity and performance.
  • Design the IT budget.
  • Protect company data and security systems.
  • Evaluate the company’s current structure and IT infrastructure and operations , identify areas where efficiency and effectiveness can be improved through the use of technological strategies.
Person Profile
  • Experienced IT Managers with Bachelor’s Degree in the field of computer science or information systems are encouraged to apply
  • Additional specialized ICT qualifications an advantage.
  • 6-1 0 years’ experience leading IT operations.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure strategic planning and development, project management, and policy development.
  • Good understanding and technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems &In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.
Head of Internal Audit

Job Profile
  • Reporting to the Board Audit committee and the CEO the incumbent will be responsible for Overall risk management.
  • Responsible for planning, managing and co-ordination of risk based audit function.
  • Conducting audit of Group wide financial and operational activities.
  • Coordination of Board Audit committee meetings.
  • Development of yearly audit plans, carrying out assignments and ad hoc reviews in line with Internal audit charter.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the audit team to deliver on company strategy.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with management throughoutthe Group, acting in an advisory capacity to help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and business processes.
  • Liaising and coordinating with External auditors and remaining in touch with other professionals to ensure that company benefits from best practices and new developments in the field of internal audit.
Person Profile
  • Experienced Audit Heads with Bachelor’s Commerce, Marketing, Finance or Administration are encouraged to apply.
  • CPA (K) with professional training and 6 - 1 0 years proven track record.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting and audit procedures and internal controls.
  • Proven track record in leading high performance audit teams a prerequisite.
