Save the Children would like to recruit experienced Programme Manager, Technical Specialist – Teachers Education and Technical Specialist – Skills Training & Employment.

Technical Specialist – Teachers Education - Garowe
 
The Technical Specialist (TS)– Teachers Education, will provide overall technical advice and support to all projects related to Teachers Education in Puntland. 

He/She will play a leading role in capacity building of Area teams, partners, consortium members and other local actors in Puntland in the areas of teachers’ education.  

Technical Specialist – Skills Training & Employment – Garowe 

The Technical Specialist (TS) - Skills Training and Employment, will provide overall technical advice and support to all projects related to skills training and employment in Puntland. 

He/She will play a leading role in capacity building of Area teams, partners, consortium members and other local actors in Puntland in the areas of skills training and employment.

Programme Manager - Hargeisa
 
In relation to the grant (Horumarinta Elmiga” - Education for Empowerment through Cohesive and Harmonised System project – ESDP II) secured from EU (90% EU and 10% Save Children/consortium partners)

The primary duties and responsibility of the manager will include provision of coordination and programme management support to all consortium members involved in implementation of the grant (Ministry of Education & Higher Studies (MOHES), Save the Children, CARE and NRC);

Any employee, consultant, contractor or the supplier undertaking an activity on behalf of SCI must sign the Child Safeguarding - Declaration of Acceptance  Form] and comply with the SCI’s Child Safeguarding Policy which is a statement of SCI’s commitment to preventing abuse and protecting children with whom it comes into contact.  

This extends not only to children with whom SCI and its partners work directly, but also includes children whom staff are responsible for.
