We are seeking a Leasing & Rental Manager with
full P&L responsibility and business development on behalf of our Glory
Rent a car Mombasa based office; the branch is one of a kind in Mombasa’s major
leasing and rental businesses with a vast range of vehicles available.
Who we're looking for
- Minimum
5 years managerial experience within the vehicle leasing and rental sector
- Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalents qualifications
- Good
understanding of vehicle rental & leasing industry, especially in a
very competitive environment
- Keen
eye for details within the administration function and the actual vehicle
management
- Excellent
sales and operational management
- Make
sure tyre pressure, oil levels, water levels and overall presentation of
the vehicles is done regularly
- Excellent
communication skills
- You
will have the ability to negotiate at senior level
- Manage
the existing fleet of vehicles as well
- Any
foreign language would be an added advantage
- A
male aged between 25 years to 35 years old is preferred.
