To assist the
Headteacher in ensuring that the school is managed in line with the company’s
social responsibility ideals, while maintaining high standards of academic
output.

- Create,
implement and oversee curriculum delivery strategies that will promote the
institution as a centre of academic excellence.
- With
guidance from the Headteacher, ensure that the physical facilities are in
good working condition at all times.
- Appraising
Teachers in line with the organization’s HR policy.
- The
Applicant should posses the following academic qualification and competencies:-
- A
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Education. P 1 teachers with over
three years’ continuous service experience in administration, will be
considered.
- Computer
literate
2. Teachers (Three Positions)
Job Purpose: To ensure that the approved curriculum is implemented in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Job Purpose: To ensure that the approved curriculum is implemented in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Teaching
assigned lessons and taking an active role in co-curriculum activities
- Offering
guidance and counseling to pupils entrusted under his/her care
- Taking
part in collaborative activities within the Ministry of Education’s
programmes, including test development, marking of examinations and
officiating at co-curriculum events.
Core Competencies
- Degree
holder (Education), Diploma or P1 teacher with at least two years
experience in a reputable school.
- Evidence
of ability to handle at least two examinable subjects at KCPE level.
