Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for account management and revenue enhancement
initiatives
3. Manage business relationships with Clients through regular
interaction via client meetings & conference.
4. Interact with External ( Corporate VAS teams, circle VAS
managers, Heads etc., with content partners) and Internal teams - establish and
manage relationships
5. Implement control systems leading to efficiency and
performance
6. Deploying systems and MIS to ensure that productivity and
quality norms are met consistently, in line with business requirements while
enhancing the customer experience and gaining better returns.
Key Competencies Required
Functional
- Should
have good flair for client coordination
- Good
working knowledge of MS-Access, Excel.
Education and Experience
- Graduation
is essential and an MBA in Marketing is desirable
- 1.5-4
years of relevant work experience
Personal
- Pleasant
persona with good networking ability
- Strong
understanding of strategy and its execution capability
- Excellent
communication skills, matured in conduct and command
- Ability
to understand business and number driven
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills
