Chai Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd based in
Nairobi is looking for a self-driven and result - oriented person to fill the
following position.
Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the holder of this
position will be responsible for provision of secretarial and administrative
support to the Society.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare
and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Planning
and scheduling meetings
- Arrange
and confirm appointments.
- Review
and ensure efficiency in record keeping & retrieval of documents
- Facilitate
easy co-ordination between the CEO’s office and the various departments
- Ensure
proper housekeeping of the office premises.
- Answering
phones , taking memos and maintaining files
Key Skills & Attributes
- KCSE
- minimum of grade C+
- Degree
in Business Administration /Secretarial or related field
- 3
years experience in a similar position
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability
to multi-task work under pressure
- Must
be computer literate
- Age
between 30 - 35 years
