Executive Secretary
 

Provide personal administrative support to management and the University through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information

Job Description
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain University schedules, almanac and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Handle incoming mail and other material
  • Set up and maintain filing systems.
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
Job Specifications
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Discretion in handling of confidential information.

Education and Experience
  • At least a Masters Degree in Social Sciences or Public Relations.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
  • Minimum relevant work experience of 10 years.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A good remuneration of not less than Ksh 80,000/- together with medical cover will be offered.
Laundry Supervisor
  • Should be a Diploma holder in laundry from a recognized institution
  • 2 to 3 years work experience
Laundry Attendant
  • Should be certificate holder in laundry from a recognized institution
  • Should have 2 to 3 years work experience.
