Internal Audit Manager
The key purporse of this position is to help Oserian accomplish
its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and
improve the effectiveness of the company’s risk management, control, and
governance processes

Reporting to the Head of Finance department, the key
responsibilites
- Reviewing
the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information and
the means used to identify, measure, classify, and report such
information.
- Reviewing
the systems established to ensure compliance with those policies, plans,
procedures, laws, and regulations which could have a significant impact on
operations and reports and whether the organization is in compliance.
- Reviewing
the means of safeguarding assets and, as appropriate, verifying the
existence of such assets.
- Reviewing
operations or programs to ascertain whether results are consistent with
established objectives and goals and whether the operations or programs
are being carried out as planned.
- As
part of the Policy and Procedure team, develop robust and implementable
Policies & Procedures for approval by the board and assist in training
and implementation of approved Policies & Procedures. Thereafter to
continuously review the policies and procedures identifying areas of
improvement or revision due to changing circumstances.
- Reviewing
specific operations at the request of the management.
Qualifications
- Degree
in Business Management
- Fully
qualified ACCA or CPA
- At
least 5 years post qualification experience in audit or commercial
environment.
- Excellent
communication skills both oral and written
- Leadership
and people management skills
- Be
of a strong personality with a drive to achieve results with minimum
supervision.
