VSO Jitolee is looking for a highly motivated Kenyan to join the team as
a Logistics and Administration Officer.VSO Jitolee is a member of the VSO International federation based in Nairobi with an East African regional mandate to promote volunteerism for development in over 40 countries in Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing staff
and volunteers efficient access to cost effective supplies, services and
equipment in compliance with VSO Jitolee’s systems and procedures.
Working with the IT Systems Administrator, you will ensure that
the IT infrastructure is secure and operational as required and that management
information is easily accessible and satisfies staff needs.
You are a Bachelor’s degree holder in a related field and have professional qualification in Purchasing and Supplies management.

You have at least 2 years relevant experience with evidence of
ability to implement set up systems of procurement and supplies of goods and
services and management to achieve cost effectiveness.
You are proficient in the network and information systems
administration and in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
You have excellent communication, problem solving and
organisational skills.
You are also open to learning to improve your own performance
and are a person of high integrity.
