Receptionist & Office Administrator Job in Kenya


We are a publishing, design and consulting company seeking to fill the following position:

Receptionist & Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Administering and overseeing the office requirements related to procurement and operations.
  • Reception and customer relations
  • Working with Management & HR to address staff matters.
  • Assisting with preparation of business presentations i.e. texts, presentations & bound documents.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling and organizing meetings.
  • Interfacing with various departments to collect information and responding to requests.
  • Maintenance of office budget/petty cash and basic book keeping.
  • Compiling and distributing staff meeting minutes.
  • Taking part in administrative duties and special projects as required.
  • Compiling, managing & updating the Company’s mailing list & subscribers database.
  • Attending to customer enquiries.
Qualifications / Experience
  • A diploma in Business administration /Secretarial studies or related field.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage own workflow.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must well organized, reliable and able to work under pressure
