The Brooke is establishing an East Africa Regional Office in
Nairobi to develop and implement country and regional strategies, support and
monitor partners and represent the Brooke within Kenya and the wider region.

First Degree (Bachelors) in a relevant animal health discipline
such as a veterinary degree or in development studies, social sciences,
management or other related areas of international development

Minimum 5 years working experience with an international animal
welfare/ humanitarian/ development NGO with strong programme development,
implementation, management monitoring and evaluation experience – especially at
the field level

This role will also manage the development of operational
structures and processes to support the effective running of the regional team.
