Be able to control stock on items.
Be able to handle large outside functions
Able to train internal staff to match the required standard.
2. Restaurant Supervisor
Qualifications:
Holder of a diploma in Hotel management with at least 3 yrs in the same position.
Be able to handle a big clientele.
Should possess excellent customer relations.
