ERP Sales Executive

We are looking for ERP Sales Executive with proven track record of selling Accounting Softwares Packages. 

Reporting to the Regional Manager, He / She will drive enterprise software solutions and professional services revenue by identifying, pursuing and closing new customer deals to reach targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a sales strategy and work closely with marketing to align a marketing plan per identified sector to ensure that revenue goals are exceeded.
  • Use Solution Selling sales methodologies to:
Create initial interest , identify, define and document critical business needs 
Create vision of potential solutions to critical business needs 
Effectively justify return on investment
  • Develop deep product knowledge
  • Lead Referrals and follow up to Channel
  • Assisting Channel with Sales Cycle and presentations where necessary
  • Identifying new resellers or channel partners
Education, Experience & Training:
  • Business related degree.
  • Pastel Evolution PECI qualified (preferred)
  • Solid experience in and strong knowledge of business processes and software application within.
  • 2 – 3 years of proven and consistent success in selling enterprise software solutions and services
Basic Salary: Ksh60 - 80, 000.00 plus Ksh30, 000.00 commission on targets achieved.
