Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the business of Fleet & Cargo
Tracking.
- Oversight and responsibility for the Electronic Cargo
Tracking operations staff.
- Stand in for the Manager when required.
- Face to face meetings with new, existing and potential
clients.
- Implement policies designed to support Operations.
- Ensure sufficient resources are available to achieve
operational objectives.
- Assist in ensuring company expenditure remain in line
with the budget.
Qualification
- Relevant Technical degree.
- Ability to meet targets & work under pressure.
Required Experience
- Operations management and development.
- ICT Software & or hardware engineering.
- Cargo & Fleet Tracking experience.
- Supervision of staff.
- Ability to interpret the profit and loss statement.

Sales & Marketing Team Leader
Main Responsibilities

- Develop departmental policies to support company
expectations
- Investigate & resolve customer problems or
complaints
- Assist to ensure departmental expenditure remain in line
with the budget
Qualification
- Relevant degree
- Ability to meet targets & work under pressure
Required Experience
- Delivering services in a large client focused
organisation
- Sales in a business related industry
- Marketing in a business related industry
- Supervision of staff
